IGETHI Florida Concert Ticket Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins September 19th and 12:00AM EST and ends October 10th at 12AM ("Promotion Period"). All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.

4. How to Enter
You may enter by one of the following methods:

b. Mail-In (Alternate Method of Entry): Hand-print your name, address, phone number, and email address on a 3"x5" card and mail in an envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 9th and received by October 10th. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately.
Limit one (1) entry per person per day regardless of method.

5. Prizes
Grand Prize (X Winners): Two (2) tickets to Waka Flocka USF Giveaway. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $0 each.
Total ARV of all prizes: $0.
Winners are responsible for all taxes and expenses not expressly included in the prize. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 10th from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email/phone within [3] days. If a winner does not respond within [3] days, an alternate winner may be selected.

By accepting the prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

10.Florida Law Compliance
This Giveaway is a "Game Promotion" under Florida law. If total prize value exceeds $5,000, Sponsor will register and bond this promotion with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Consumer Services, at least 7 days before the start date, as required by Fla. Stat. §849.094.
