Creamy, smooth, and perfectly balanced between sweet coconut and tangy pineapple, this Piña Colada is a refreshing getaway in a glass—minus the alcohol.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz IGETHI

  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice (fresh or store-bought)

  • 1 oz Coconut cream

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add IGETHI, lime juice, pineapple juice, and coconut cream.

  2. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to create a smooth, frothy texture.

  3. Strain into a chilled Collins glass or serve in a hollowed-out pineapple for an extra fun presentation.

  4. Garnish: A pineapple wedge and a cherry on top for a classic tropical touch.

  5. Optional: For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice instead of shaking.
